Work Details and Project Rules
We offer building and remodeling services based on estimates that stay valid for 30 days. You must follow the payment schedule in your contract to keep the work moving. If you want to change the plan after we start, we will write a Change Order that might update the price and timeline. We are not responsible for delays from weather or late supplies. You must let us into the property during work hours and move all fragile items or valuables away from the work zone.
Warranties and Legal Information
Rinatconstrution gives a one-year limited warranty on our labor, while materials follow the manufacturer rules. We are not liable for old damage or hidden issues found while working. Our total liability is limited to the contract price. Texas law governs all agreements and disputes. Everyone must stay away from active work zones for safety reasons to prevent accidents. By following these basic guidelines, we ensure a professional result for your home without unnecessary risks or legal confusion.
